Caring for the Canyon We Share:

How We Come Together Each Year

"Every spring, neighbors roll up their sleeves for the annual Canyon Cleanup. It's not just about trash bags, it's about showing up for the place we all share. When the community comes together, the canyon shines brighter."  – Terry Hamilton, Mountain C.A.R.E.

Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements

By: Tom Rath Jim Harter

Having a thriving sense of community wellbeing means you're not only content and secure in your surroundings but also eager to contribute. Over time, as you invest more in your community, you'll find it evolves into a place you cherish deeply.

Three Tips to Enhance Community Wellbeing:

- Identify how you can contribute to your community based on your personal mission.

- Tell people about your passions and interests so they can connect you with relevant groups and causes.

- Opt-in to a community group or event. Even if you start small, start now.

The Rise of Constant Online Connectivity: A Pew Research Survey Analysis.
A new Pew Research survey reveals that over 40% of American adults now admit to being online "almost constantly," indicating the increasing reliance on digital screens.

The data also shows a significant rise in internet usage over the years, with only 2% of individuals having used the internet in 1997 compared to 67% in 2023.

Globally, a median of 28% of adults are online constantly, while 9% abstain from internet usage altogether.

These findings shed light on the growing trend of increased time spent online among individuals worldwide.

Nurture your inner garden with love and intention.

Just as a green thumb cultivates a thriving garden, practice mindfulness and spiritual connection to cultivate a flourishing soul.

Take time to tend to your thoughts, emotions, and energy, pulling out weeds of negativity and watering seeds of gratitude and inner peace.

Embrace stillness and presence, allowing your spiritual essence to bloom and radiate its beauty into the world.

By nurturing your inner garden, you not only grow towards greater self-awareness and fulfillment but also sow seeds of positivity and light for those around you to benefit from.
